Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.<br \/>\n2. Divide the puff pastry into two equal parts and roll out each of them into a cake shape. Put the shape in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.<br \/>\n3. At this time, prepare the filling. Peel strawberries, cut it into pieces and sprinkle with sugar. Add rum and leave for 10-15 minutes for impregnation.<br \/>\n4. Beat the cream with sour cream, add vanilla extract and egg yolks, mix gently.<br \/>\n5. Remove the shape from the refrigerator and put half the strawberries to the bottom. Then gently pour half the creamy mixture.<br \/>\n6. Repeat the procedure with the remaining strawberries and creamy mixture.<br \/>\n7. Put the pie in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden.<br \/>\n8. After the readiness of the cake, remove it from the oven and leave to cool in the form before transferring to the tray.<br \/>\n9.
