Here is a recipe for how to prepare this delicate dessert.<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of dark chocolate<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of butter<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 eggs<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 g of flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n&#8211; a pinch of salt<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\nFor mint syrup:<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 120 ml of water<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tbsp. fresh mint (chopped)<br \/>\nFor decoration:<br \/>\n&#8211; chocolate drops or chips<br \/>\n&#8211; Fresh mint<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 \u00b0 C and prepare the baking dish, lubricating it with oil and sprinkling with flour.<br \/>\n2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, stirring until a smooth mixture is obtained. Let it cool to room temperature.<br \/>\n3. In a large bowl, mix eggs and sugar, whipping until lush mass forms. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.<br \/>\n4. Gradually add the melted chocolate-oil mixture to the egg mass and mix gently.<br \/>\n5. Continuing to stir, gradually add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.<br \/>\n6. Pour the dough into a prepared form and bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake will come out clean.<br \/>\n7. While the cake is baked, prepare mint syrup. In the pan, combine sugar, water and fresh mint foliage. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then remove mint leaves and leave the syrup to cool.<br \/>\n8. When the cake is ready, cool it before taking it out of the form. Put it on a plate and place it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.<br \/>\n9. Using a fork, pierce the surface of the cake several times so that the syrup is better absorbed. Carefully pour the cake with mint syrup, letting him absorb evenly.<br \/>\n10. Decorate the top of the cake with chocolate drops or chips and fresh mint as desired.
