{"id":236,"date":"2023-11-28T06:15:07","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T03:15:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pazandachilik.uz\/eng\/?p=236"},"modified":"2023-11-28T06:15:07","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T03:15:07","slug":"classic-pie-strawberry-bazylik-cake-classic-strawberry-basil-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pazandachilik.uz\/eng\/classic-pie-strawberry-bazylik-cake-classic-strawberry-basil-pie\/","title":{"rendered":"Classic Pie &#8216;Strawberry-Bazylik&#8217; cake (Classic &#8220;Strawberry-Basil&#8221; Pie)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recipe for the preparation of the classic pies &#8220;Strawberry-Bazylik&#8221;:<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cups of wheat flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of baking powder<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 teaspoon of salt<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 grams of butter (chilled and chopped)<br \/>\n&#8211; 4-6 tablespoons of cold water<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 grams of fresh strawberries (washed and chopped)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh basil<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cup of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 tablespoons of starch<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice<br \/>\n&#8211; egg (for lubrication)<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add cooled chopped butter and grind it into flour until large crumbs are formed.<br \/>\n2. Gradually add cold water and knead the dough until the ingredients are combined. Do not cross the dough so as not to overcome it.<br \/>\n3. Divide the dough into two parts and form two flat circles from them. Wrap the circles in the film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.<br \/>\n4. In a small bowl, mix strawberries, basil, sugar, starch and lemon juice. Leave for 10 minutes so that the berries are given juice.<br \/>\n5. Pre -heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.<br \/>\n6. Remove one of the chilled circles of the refrigerator dough and put it in a cake shape. Press the dough to the bottom and sides of the form.<br \/>\n7. Pour a prepared mixture of strawberries into the dough in uniform.<br \/>\n8. Remove the second chilled circle of dough and cut it into strips or other decorative pattern. Place these strips on the top of the pie.<br \/>\n9. Lubricate the upper part of the pie with a broken egg.<br \/>\n10. Put the pie in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the top becomes golden and begins to bubble.<br \/>\n11. After baking, let the cake cool before serving.
