Heat the oven to 180 \u00b0 C.<br \/>\n2. Grind the cookies in the crumb and mix with the melted butter. Put the resulting mixture on the bottom of the removable shape for the cake (diameter 22-24 cm) and evenly compact. Put the shape in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that the base froze.<br \/>\n3. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, juice and lemon zest. Beat all the ingredients to a homogeneous mass.<br \/>\n4. Remove the shape from the refrigerator and gently pour the cheese mixture onto the base. Distribute it evenly in shape.<br \/>\n5. In a bowl, mix the ink and starch to the uniform coating of the berries with amylose. After that, carefully lay out the blueberry layer on top of the cheese mass.<br \/>\n6. Put the cake in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until golden crust on the surface.<br \/>\n7. Cool the finished cake in shape, then take it into the refrigerator for several hours so that it completely froze and becomes more dense.<br \/>\n8.
