Pre -heat the oven to 180 \u00b0 C. Prepare a round shape with a diameter of about 22 cm, grease it with oil and linen with a bottom paper for baking.<br \/>\n2. In a bowl above the water bath, melt dark chocolate and butter. Let them cool a little.<br \/>\n3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Beat them until a homogeneous mass is obtained.<br \/>\n4. In the finished mixture of eggs and sugar, add a cooled chocolate composition and mix.<br \/>\n5. Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth dough is formed without lumps.<br \/>\n6. Pour the dough into the prepared shape and smooth its surface.<br \/>\n7. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the cake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top becomes elastic and the knife inserted into the middle will not go out clean.<br \/>\n8. After baking, take out the cake from the oven and leave it to cool in the form for 10 minutes. Then gently transfer to the grate and completely cool.<br \/>\n9. Prepare the icing. In a bowl, melt dark chocolate with cream in a water bath. Add butter and mix well until a smooth and shiny consistency is obtained.<br \/>\n10. Cover the completely chilled cake prepared icing, evenly distribute it on the surface.<br \/>\n11. After applying the glaze, sprinkle the cocoa-powder cake to add aroma and decorative effect.<br \/>\n12. Leave the cake for several hours or at night in the refrigerator to harden the glaze and sweet truffle taste.<br \/>\nThe finished cake &#8220;Classic Pie &#8216;Chocolate Truffle'&#8221; is ready for serving.
