In this recipe, I will share with you a way of preparing delicious chocolate truffles with Ganash based on dark chocolate and with a variety of coatings.<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)<br \/>\n&#8211; 120 ml of cream<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tablespoons of oil<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<br \/>\n&#8211; Coating at your choice: cocoa powder, chopped nuts, coconut chips, chocolate crumbs<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n1. Start with the preparation of Ganash. Break dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heat -resistant bowl.<br \/>\n2. In the pan, heat the cream to almost a boil. Then pour heated cream on the chocolate and leave for 1-2 minutes so that the chocolate begins to melt.<br \/>\n3. Mix a mixture of chocolate and cream until a smooth and homogeneous texture is obtained. Add vanilla oil and extract, mix well until the ingredients are completely connected.<br \/>\n4. Cover the bowl with a film for food use and cool the mixture in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until it hardens.<br \/>\n5. When the ganash is quite solid, you can begin to form truffles. Using two tablespoons or a melon cap, separate small portions of Ganash and roll them into balls.<br \/>\n6. Put the prepared balls on a plate covered with parchment paper. Then roll each ball in your chosen coating &#8211; a cocoa powder, chopped nuts, coconut or chocolate crumbs.<br \/>\n7. After the collapse ends, return the truffles in the refrigerator for hardening for about 1 hour.<br \/>\n8. Chocolate truffles are ready! Put them into a container with a tightly closing lid and store them in the refrigerator until consumption.<br \/>\nChocolate truffles are a luxurious pleasure that can be prepared even at home.
