\nIngredients:
\n– 200 g of dark chocolate
\n– 200 g of butter
\n– 200 g of sugar
\n– 4 eggs
\n– 150 g of flour
\n– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
\n– 1\/2 teaspoon of salt
\n– 4 ripe peaches
\nFor mint cream:
\n– 250 ml of whipped cream
\n– 100 g of sugar powder
\n– 2 tablespoons of fresh mint, chopped
\n– a few drops of green food dye (optional)
\nPreparation:
\n1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a round baking dish, grease it with oil or cover it with baking paper.
\n2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave. Let it cool a little.
\n3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Gradually add melted chocolate and oil, continuing to whip.
\n4. Sprinkle flour, baking powder and salt through a sieve in the dough. Mix carefully so that all the ingredients mix well.

\n8. When the cake has completely cooled, cut it in half horizontally. Apply half the mint cream to the bottom layer of the cake and distribute evenly. Put the slices of peaches from above.
\n9. Cover the cake with the top layer and the remaining mint cream. Decorate with fresh mint or chocolate chips as desired.
