Here is a recipe that will help you create this taste harmony.<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of cookies (for example, halo or classic cream cookies)<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g of butter (molten)<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g of Kremikis<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tablespoons of flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 eggs<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 g of fresh berries (to choose from: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)<br \/>\n&#8211; Juice of half lemon<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tablespoons<br \/>\nPreparation:<br \/>\n1. Grind the cookies in the crumb. To do this, you can use a blender or lay out cookies in a bag and crush it with a roulette or just forks. Put the cookies into a bowl.<br \/>\n2. Melt the butter and add it to the liver. Mix thoroughly so that the cookies are well soaked in oil.<br \/>\n3. Put the mixture of cookies and oil in a baking dish, evenly distribute along the bottom and small side walls of the shape. Put the shape in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes so that the base froze.<br \/>\n4. Beat the cremic with sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained. While the cheesecake cools, prepare the berry sauce. In a blender, mix fresh berries, lemon juice and powdered sugar until a homogeneous texture is obtained.<br \/>\n10. After the cheesecake cools completely cooled, lay out the berry sauce on top of it. Distribute the sauce evenly on the surface.<br \/>\n11. Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (or better at night) so that it froze and acquire an even greater taste.<br \/>\n12.
