It is great for those who love the combination of chocolate and eggs. Here is a simple recipe for preparing this divine mousse.<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of dark chocolate<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 eggs<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 teaspoon of salt<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 ml of whipped cream<br \/>\nLet&#8217;s start cooking:<br \/>\n1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave to a smooth consistency. Let him cool to room temperature.<br \/>\n2. Divide the proteins and yolks of the eggs into separate bowls. Leave the proteins in the refrigerator so that they are well cooled.<br \/>\n3. In a large bowl, beat the yolks with sugar until a lush, light mass is obtained. Add salt and vanilla extract, continue to beat.<br \/>\n4.
