Here is a recipe for how to cook it:<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of cookies (bellies or butt)<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g of butter (melted or melted)<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g of Cream Syr (such as Philadelphia)<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of sour cream<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 eggs<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tablespoons of flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<br \/>\n&#8211; A little lemon juice<br \/>\n&#8211; Fresh berries or fruits for decoration<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n1. In the oven preheated to 160 \u00b0 C, bake a cookie cake for about 10-12 minutes until it becomes golden. Then cool the cake.<br \/>\n7. In a large bowl, mix creamy, sour cream, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla extract and slightly lemon juice. Beat the mass until smooth.<br \/>\n8. Pour the resulting filling on a cooled cake from cookies.<br \/>\n9. Put the shape with a cheesecake in the oven preheated to 160 \u00b0 C and bake for about 60-70 minutes, until the top of the cheesecake froze and acquires a light golden crust.<br \/>\n10. Cool the cheesecake in shape, and then transfer it to the refrigerator for several hours or better at night.<br \/>\n11.
