Here is a recipe to cook it yourself:<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 g of cookies (gallant or &#8220;halo&#8221;)<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g butter<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g of soft cottage cheese<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 eggs<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 ml of cream<br \/>\n&#8211; Juice of half lemon<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n1. We defrost the cottage cheese in advance so that it becomes soft and convenient for mixing.<br \/>\n2. We break the cookies into crumbs. To do this, you can use a blender or simply crush it by placing it in a bag and crushing a roller.<br \/>\n3. Mix butter and mix with cookies to get a homogeneous mass.<br \/>\n4. Put the resulting mixture in a baking dish (about 22 cm in diameter) and evenly distribute along the bottom. We raise the sides of the mixture by a few centimeters.<br \/>\n5. Pre -heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.<br \/>\n6. In a bowl with cottage cheese, add sugar and beat until smooth. Then add one at a time, continuing to beat each egg until the mixture becomes homogeneous.<br \/>\n7. Add vanilla extract and lemon juice, mix.<br \/>\n8. Gradually pour the cream, continuing to whip at low speed so that all the ingredients are well connected.<br \/>\n9. Gently pour the resulting mixture on cookies in uniform, evenly distributing it.<br \/>\n10. Drive the surface with a shoulder blade or back of the spoon.<br \/>\n11. We bake a cheesecake in a preheated oven for approximately 60-70 minutes, or until the middle freezes and becomes slightly fried.<br \/>\n12. When the cheesecake is ready, we leave it in the oven on the oven for another 1-2 hours so that it slowly cooled and does not crack.<br \/>\n13. Then we take out a cheesecake from the oven and leave it completely cool at room temperature.<br \/>\n14. After cooling, the cheesecake is put in the refrigerator for several hours or better for the night so that it completely froze.<br \/>\n15.
