The “Honey” cake with jam is a classic and exquisite treat, which is distinguished by a delicate taste and aroma of honey. This recipe is easy to prepare and will allow you to create a magnificent dessert for special occasions.

\nNow prepare a cream for a cake. You will need: 500 g of sour cream, 200 g of butter and 150 g of sugar powder. Beat the butter with powdered sugar until lush mass is obtained. Then add sour cream and continue to beat until the cream becomes thick and homogeneous.
\nApply the cream to the upper surface and sides of the cake. Leve the cream with a shoulder blade or knife. Decorate the cake at will: sprinkle it with crumbs of cakes, nuts or chocolate chips.
