Its main ingredients are Savoyardi, Coffee, Mascarpone, Eggs, Sugar and Cocoa Pink. The result will be a delicate and fragrant dessert with layered texture.<br \/>\nHere is a step -by -step recipe for making classic tiramisu:<br \/>\n1. Prepare the coffee base. Mix a tablespoon of soluble coffee in hot water and cool it to room temperature.<br \/>\n2. Beat 4 yolks with 100 grams of sugar into a lush mass. Add 500 grams of masquearpone and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.<br \/>\n3. Separate the proteins from the remaining 4 eggs. Beat the proteins until peaks form and carefully intervene them in a mixture of masquearpone and yolks.<br \/>\n4. Pour cooled coffee into a small bowl or rectangular shape. Then quickly immerse Savoyardi in a coffee solution so that they are saturated, but do not soften too much. Lay them to the bottom of the mold in one layer.<br \/>\n5. Apply half the prepared mixture of Mascarpone to the Savoyardi layer. Distribute it evenly in shape.<br \/>\n6. Repeat the process from Savoyardi, immersing them in coffee and folding to the surface of the cream. Add the remaining half of the cream and spread it evenly.<br \/>\n7. Sprinkle the top tiramisu with a thin layer of cocoa powder.<br \/>\n8. Put the tiramis in the refrigerator for 4 hours or at night, so that it is completely saturated and become more stable.<br \/>\n9. When serving, decorate with tiramis with thin chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.<br \/>\n10. Enjoy appetite!
