This recipe combines the most tender chocolate biscuit, unique chocolate mousse and icing from dark chocolate. The preparation of this cake requires time and accuracy, but the result is effort.<br \/>\nTo get started, prepare a chocolate biscuit. You will need flour, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs and vegetable oil. Mix flour and cocoa powder, add sugar and eggs, beat well with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. Pour the resulting dough into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness of the biscuit using a wooden skewer &#8211; it should come out dry.<br \/>\nWhile the biscuit cools down, you can begin to prepare chocolate mousse. You will need dark chocolate, cream and gelatin. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave. In a separate container, dilute gelatin in cold water and let it swell. Cool the icing to room temperature.<br \/>\nPour the glaze into the frozen chocolate mousse, evenly distribute on the surface of the cake so that it completely covers the mousse.
